Pay Scale : 

Direct Sales Executives, on engagement will be paid monthly remuneration, which will be entirely on performance based.

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2011) : Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years.

SC/ST = 40 years

OBC (other than creamy layer) = 38 years.

Qualification : 

i) Candidate who are willing to apply should have Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute/ university.

ii) Preference given to those candidates who posses a bachelor's degree or diploma in management/ marketing.

iii) Good working knowledge of English language and one regional language (local language) is desirable.

iv) Knowledge of soft skill such as word/excel/power point would be additional advantage.

Job Requirement :

i) It is primarily a  marketing job.

ii) The DSE's shall be responsible for providing policing services, procuring new businesses, and related jobs from the areas related to them.

iii) They shall also carry out any other instructions given to them from time to time. For this purpose considerable movements including tours contaning entire area allotted to them are involved.

NOTE :

i) The spouse of employees and agents of LIC of India shall not be eligible for engagement.

ii) Agents of LIC of India holding valid license issued by the IRDA are not eligible for engagement.

iii) Agents having valid IRDA license and working with other insurances need to submit NOC from their insurer.

iv) Applicants with prior marketing experience will be given preference.

Application Fee :

Rs.100/-  for all candidates (other than SC/ST category candidates). The application fee shall be paid by cash only at the cash counter during cash hours only of any Branch Office of Life Insurance Corporation of India under account code 114034

ii) After the submission of application form, candidate required to take out the print out of application and fix a passport size on it. Application print out is required to submit at the time of interview.
