Vacancies for Engineer Trainee in BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICAL LIMITED Through GATE-2012

There are several vacancies for Engineer Trainee in Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL). The details for the candidates are given below :

This time the BHEL recruit Engineers Trainee in through GATE-2012 score, the selected candidates on the basis of their GATE-2012 score are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Name of the Post : Engineer Trainee 

Number of Posts : 800 (Mechanical - 550, Electrical - 175, Electronics - 75

Salary : Rs.20600/- (In Training Period)

Note : After the completion of Training Period, the candidates are absorbed as Engineer in BHEL in the scale of pay Rs.24900 - 50500/-

Age Limit : 27 years for Graduate Engineers and 29 for PG in Engineering.

Application Fees : 

Rs.500/- for Engineers Trainee and Rs.300/- for supervisor Trainee (SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from the fee).

How to Apply :

i) The candidates who are eligible and willing to apply are required to appear for GATE-2012, for which the online submission of application is started from 12/09/2011 at GATE Website.

ii) Based on the score of the GATE-2012 , the candidates are called for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
